Rent apartments or bungalows in Nordic Garden

The Nordic Group has apartments and bungalows with different sizes. The rent depends onthe type of apartment, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, the length of the stay etc. All apartments and bungalows have air con, fully equipped kitchen, bedsheets, tv, etc.

We offer apartments and bungalows from one to four bedrooms/ bathrooms. The homes are in a quiet location near the beach and with a nearby 9 hole golfcourse and driving range. Approx 10 minutes in a taxi to Jomtien/Pattaya.

Why not buy instead of renting?

Have you rented an apartment or a bungalow in Nordic Garden and like it there? Then you might consider buying your own holiday home that you can use on holidays and rent out the remaining time. Nordic Hill Resorts Hotel facilities is managing the renting of all apartments and bungalows in Nordic Garden. If you wish to rent out through Nordic, then Nordic will charge 20% comission. Nordic will handle the renting out, meeting renters, taking care of cleaning, payment etc.

As a golden rule you can say that it's normal to have your unit rented out about 3 months a year. If you're lucky you might get it rented out up to 6 months a year. But it is obviously depending on how much you use the unit yourself. The easiest time to rent out is in the high season ( 1. Nov. - 1. Apr). In the low season it is usually more difficult to rent out.
